Mobile application for Yoga launched by WHO

The World Health Organization (WHO) has launched WHO mYoga, a yoga app aimed at helping people stay active and healthy, in association with the Government of India. 

This is a safe and secure app that does not collect data from the users. It can be downloaded for free on Android and Apple devices. The app has a compilation of videos and audios to teach yoga practice. It has been developed as an easy-to-use tool for people who are practicing yoga for the first time as well as for those who already practice yoga on a regular basis. 

There is no need of any special equipment and users can learn or practice for 3 to 45 minutes. Hence, even those who have very busy schedules can also use it to get active… (WHO, June 20, 2021)
